The phone company likely broke our customer’s terra-cotta drain pipe. Then, they didn’t tell him & proceeded to back-fill it with mud & dirt essentially plugging it up. That, and the natural wash of dirt running thru the pipe made this an exceptially fun job (queue sarcasm).
